Invisalign / Spark is a modern teeth straightening method using your own custom-made aligners.
The aligners are made from smooth, comfortable, and almost invisible plastic that is adjusted to your teeth. They help move your teeth gently and gradually into their correct position. Your comfort is not restricted by brackets or archwires. To achieve the best results, all you have to do is to insert a new splint every two weeks or so. Transform your smile with minimum discomfort in your everyday life. And the best thing of all is that no one will notice you're wearing braces. Book a consultation with us and start your Invisalign / Spark treatment plan.

One of the best features of Invisalign / Spark is its minimal impact on your everyday life. The aligners are so comfortable that it won't be a problem for you to wear them for the recommended 20 to 22 hours a day.
Maintenance
The aligners can be easily removed so that you can clean your teeth as usual. It is equally easy to clean your aligners using the Invisalign / Spark cleaning kit. It is also possible to clean the aligners with a toothbrush and rinse them with tepid water. That's it! Achieving a beautiful smile couldn't be any easier!
Eating
The aligners can be removed before every meal, which means that you can carry on enjoying all your favourite foods without the fear of pieces getting stuck in them. Other types of teeth straighteners can make such a simple activity as eating quite difficult.
Sport
Those who perform contact sports can rest assured that Invisalign / Spark won't hurt them as they contain no metal parts. If you are required to wear a mouth guard, simply remove your aligners for the duration of the sports activity and you are all set to go.
1. The first appointment
You can book your first appointment without a referral. The dentist will examine you and diagnose any dental abnormalities. You will be informed whether the treatment can start straightaway or whether it will have to be delayed. You will receive information about the treatment options - what types of braces are suitable, what examinations you will have to undergo, how long the treatment will take, and how much it will cost.
2. The treatment plan
For the treatment to work, it is necessary to create a detailed treatment plan. The initial examination includes a dental scan, X-ray, and photographs. Based on the information from this initial examination, a detailed treatment plan is made and once the client has agreed to it, it becomes binding and the treatment can start.
3. The treatment (the active phase)
Once the treatment plan has been approved and all questions answered, the treatment can start. The braces are applied and the client is made familiar with their use and maintenance. Regular checkups occur during the course of the treatment according to the treatment plan. If complications occur, the dentist will adjust the treatment plan pending the client's approval.
4. The retention phase
The final (retention) phase follows the removal of the braces. This phase is equally as important as the active phase and takes approximately the same amount of time. Your newly straightened teeth will be fitted with a thin wire (fixed retainer) and you will be given braces to wear during the night to further support the retention.
It is suitable for all types of orthodontic appliances. All you need is a smartphone, the ScanBox device (this will be provided by the surgery), and the DentalMonitoring app.
No special skills are needed to use DentalMonitoring. We will teach you the basics and there is also a tutorial on the app.
A professional cleaning conducted by a dental hygienist helps prevent tooth decay, gum disease, or periodontitis.
The first appointment includes a dental hygiene diagnosis statement, tooth decay, gum disease, or periodontitis explanation, and most importantly tartar and stain removal.
Each dental hygiene treatment includes scaling using the AIRFLOW PROPHYLAXIS MASTER equipment. The patient is also instructed on the correct tooth brushing and flossing techniques.
The second appointment - RECALL is a follow-up appointment during which tartar and stains are removed and correct brushing and flossing techniques are checked. This appointment should be repeated at least twice a year.
The fixed braces treatment requires perfect dental hygiene.
If plaque is not removed regularly, it leads to decalcification of the enamel, which shows as white marks on the teeth and can quickly turn into caries. Prolonged exposure to plaque leads to gingivitis – swelling, redness, and bleeding of the gums.
The above conditions exacerbate orthodontic treatment which might be delayed or even terminated.
Our orthodontic treatment includes a free appointment with a dental hygienist prior to the fitting of the braces. The dental hygienist will show you how to look after your teeth fitted with fixed braces.
